1.  a. Cardiorespiratory endurance is a measurement of how well your heart, lungs, and muscles work together to keep your body active over an extended period of time.

b. Muscular strength refers to the amount of force a muscle can produce with a single maximal effort.

c. Endurance is the ability of an organism to exert itself and remain active for a long period of time, as well as its ability to resist, withstand, recover from, and have immunity to trauma, wounds, or fatigue.

d. Flexibility: the quality of bending easily without breaking.

e. Body composition: the body fat percentage of a human or other living being is the total mass of fat divided by total body mass, times 100; body fat includes essential body fat and storage body fat.

2.Good Stress can be traveling, and even getting a raise at work could be considered good stress. Good Stress can turn into bad stress when overthinking the good things.  Maybe it could be something someone said that wasn't meant to be bad in the first place.

3. Bad stress could be working too much, and arguments that may have occurred between you and someone you know. When you do physical activity your stress level goes down.

4. Your environment could play a big role in stress management. Perhaps going for a drive to take your mind off things, or going out with some friends to a movie. Maybe even going to a spa or the beach.

5. Sleep is involved in the healing and repair of your heart and blood vessels. Ongoing sleep deficiency is linked to an increased risk of heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke.

Hope this helps :)
