2.Good Stress can be traveling, and even getting a raise at work could be considered good stress. Good Stress can turn into bad stress when overthinking the good things. Maybe it could be something someone said that wasn't meant to be bad in the first place.
3. Bad stress could be working too much, and arguments that may have occurred between you and someone you know. When you do physical activity your stress level goes down.
4. Your environment could play a big role in stress management. Perhaps going for a drive to take your mind off things, or going out with some friends to a movie. Maybe even going to a spa or the beach.
5. Sleep is involved in the healing and repair of your heart and blood vessels. Ongoing sleep deficiency is linked to an increased risk of heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke.
