Answer:

The right answer is- You should leave at least a day between anaerobic exercises to let muscles rest and heal.

Explanation:

In anaerobic exercise, glucose is broken down to provide energy in the absence of oxygen. In anaerobic exercise, lots of energy is required in a short period. Therefore this produces lots of lactic acids by which our muscles get tired very fast.

Therefore to relax and heal the muscles and to reduce the lactic acid from the muscles it is recommended to take a one day leave between anaerobic exercises.  Some of the anaerobic exercises are weight lifting, skipping, sprinting, etc.

Anaerobic exercise is beneficial to improve muscle mass and muscle strength. So the right answer is first.

Why is time management important to both your academic and career success?
Genrish500 [490]
Time management is important for both your academic and career success because the amount of time you take to complete your work affects every aspect of your life. The quicker you finish your assignments, the faster you get your work done. Which will give you the advantage of a lower stress level and helps you with more opportunities in the time you have left. It helps prepare you for tests like the SAT or ACT which is timed or any test that has a required time limit. It will affect your career success by giving you a better view point to your boss, manager, co-workers, customers, etc. Tt will help them see you as more reliable and helpful which will gain you success. The faster you get done with stuff in your job (or on time) the faster you’ll be done and the more money you make (depending on your job).

Hopefully this helps...
