Answer:  A)the populations of all other organisms in the food web would decrease because there would be less energy available in the ecosystem.

A food chain is a linear sequence of transfer of food and energy when one organism is consumed by other organisms. A food web is an interconnection of different food chains. One organism is dependent upon other organism for it's food requirement. In the given situation, the decline in the phytoplankton population will initially cause decline in the population of krill and zooplanktons but finally may also affect the population of other organisms which feed upon krill and zooplanktons. Therefore, the energy distribution in the food web will also be affected.

The answer is A, because the phytoplankton is the foundation of this food web. Without your foundation, "the building will begin to crumble".

Which of the following would not be considered a point source pollution contributor? a. an animal feedlot b. cattle on rangeland
Luden [163]
The correct answer is b: cattle on rangeland. A point source of pollution occurs from a single identifiable and usually spatially narrow source. These sources of pollution are usually relatively easily to quantify and manage. In contrast, a non-point source of pollution, such as cattle on rangeland or irrigated agriculture, is variable on both spatial and temporal scales. These sources of pollution are difficult to quantify and manage.

ANEK [815]
The appropriate nursing intervention is to contact a podiatrist to care for toenails. In addition, a podiatrist or doctor of podiatric medicine is a physician and specialist focusing on the foot and ankle care, as well as the treatment of diabetes-associated situations. All people with diabetes must have their feet inspected at least once a year by a doctor or podiatrist. This is significant to distinguish difficulties early and to avoid ulcers and other problems.
