Introduction~ Can start with a who is this person is and
Who is this person~
About this person~
What did this person do to make them so special~
Conclusion~ In conclusion, (first sentence from who is this person)(First sentence from about this person)(and first sentence from what did this person do to make them so special)

Also in the conclusion section it does not have to be the first sentence from the sections of the map it can be a very important sentence in that section.

Hope this helps cause it helps me and I get 10 points out of 10 from doing the map trick. And ask me for anymore help if in need.

MAVERICK [17]

Answer:

The meaning of the word "automation" in the sentence  "the automation of telephone answering frustrates many people" is:

A.the use of machines that work on their own

According to the given question, we are told that the way the telephone answering is automated, frustrates a lot of people.

The word automated means done automatically, or by its self. As a result of this, we can infer that the meaning of the word as used in the sentence is that the machines work on their own

The other options are incorrect because they do not show or convey the idea that the machines do the answering on their own, without any external help.

Therefore, the answer is option A.
