Vera, Mrs. Sappleton`s niece, let Mr. Nuttel know about the loss of the family Sappleton that happened three years ago. Namely, Mr. Sappleton, and two young brothers went for a hunt, they exited the house through the window, but since heavy rains marked that period, they, unfortunately, got drown in a quagmire.
