I : In today's world more and more children are falling prey to disorders that happen during older years. Could improper diet be a reason?
D: Of course. there is so much junk in a child's meals, it is not surprising.
I: What do you thinks should constitute an ideal diet?
D: Less of fried items, of course. Enough of vitamins, carbohydrates, proteins and fats are a must as well. A lot of children drink just a glass of milk for their breakfast and I can't tell you how unhealthy that is. They should be given a proper full breakfast and milk can be given during the evenings after school. Alongwith a proper diet, it is also necessary for them to have physical activities like sports.
