Ned wakes up Aronnax saying "We're going to escape". They planned on leaving at 10:00pm before the moon lit up the night, Ned seems to have seen land somewhere not too far  away. The weather was terrible but, they did not seem to mind as they were ready to experience death.<span />

Answer:

Throughout the following couple of months, Ned starts plotting approaches to get away from the submarine, subtly taking fortune en route just as making a stopgap guitar. He in the long run structures a companionship with Conseil and devises an arrangement to caution the naval force to their goal. They expeditiously continued to take a few jugs containing saved examples, which are depleted, the jugs being utilized for notes, while Ned keeps the liquor for himself. He likewise starts become a close acquaintence with Nemo's pet ocean lion Esmeralda, whom he shows a couple of tricks.

Ned's contempt for Nemo increments in the wake of seeing him destroying a warship, leaving no survivors. At the point when this episode leaves Aronnax hesitant to visit the bank of New Guinea, Ned attempts to exploit the chance, disregarding his admonitions that the locals on the island are barbarians. At the point when Ned endeavors to experience the wilderness, the locals rapidly drive him out and back to the Nautilus. Nemo is angry and has him secured in the brig.

Ned in the long run figures out how to break out of his cell once the Nautilus begins flooding in the wake of diving curiously deep. The group is abruptly assaulted by a Giant Squid, and Ned winds up running outside to battle it. He figures out how to seriously harm it and even spares Nemo, a demonstration which he professes to lament a short time later. In any case, Nemo is thankful and rewards Ned with his freedom.

Anestetic [448]

in Joy Harjo's "New Orleans", the line "beaten silver paths" refers to the streets of such city. She remembers of certain Spanish conqueror, De Soto, who came to this lands searching for, and constantly states that he wouldn't find it here. Maybe is a mock to that fact.

The "silver blades and crosses" refers to the sword and crucifix of the conqueror, who drawn in the Mississippi river which dreamt of those items. Maybe this means that the streets of New Orleans were made of the things and dreams of the many conquerors who came to that land in search for gold and failed.

Bond [772]

Marcus’ current stage of identify development may be classified as identity diffusion. He has yet to choose a choice to be against them yet. He doesn’t agree with their actions and he doesn’t affirm to either side of the issue at hand.

Though, I would say Moratorium if he is “presently” in a crisis regarding a certain decision. However, I’m not sure how he’s trying different alternatives from this point onwards.
