nignag [31]

Answer:

The music industry has shifted from a Markup/Peak market cycle to a Distribution/Contraction cycle market

Explanation:

There are four phases in the market cycle.

1. Accumulation or Expansion

2. Markup or Peak

3. Distribution or Contraction

4. Markdown

- Accumulation occurs as a result of economic growth in the market

- Markup or Peak occurs when the buying pressure reaches it highest level.

- Distribution or Contraction occurs when there is weakening in the market, that is, weakening of the market but not total collapse.

- Markdown occurs when the market has sung down to the lowest possible point, that is when there is total collapse of the market.

The market has a cycle that rotates round like a cycle. The moves from Accumulation to Markup then to the Contraction cycle then to Markdown market cycle.

From the scenario given, the music industry was at the Markup cycle market during the time when the music industry could sign multi-year contracts with artists and sell copyright protected music through establish distribution channels.

However, the music industry experienced the Distribution or Contraction market cycle when there was a decline in the number of Compact Disc sold as a result of a shift to digital format and rise of internet technology which allowed sharing of music over a peer-to-peer network without visiting the music shops to buy Compact Disc from recognized distributors.

This party traces its origins to the Democratic-Republic party founded by Jefferson, Madison, and other Federalist opponents. The party split after dissent over who would succeed President Monroe, the Democratic faction were loyal to may old Jeffersonian ideals. The background of this party is said to lie with the "common man", supporting farmers, laborers, religious and/or ethnic minorities, and often favor supporting the poor.

The Green Party was founded in 2001 and follows the ideals of "green politics" including: ecological wisdom, social justice, grassroots democracy, and nonviolence that criticize corporate control over government. They support nonviolence, equality between the sexes, anti-war and anti-racism.

Many support ideas such as single-payer healthcare (using taxes to pay for healthcare), tuition free public colleges, increasing before and after school programs, abolition of the death penalty, and reparations to the African American community.

The Libertarian Party is the third largest political party in the United States after the Democratic and Republican parties. It was found in 1971 by David Nolan and promotes civil liberties, lassiez-faire capitalism, non-interventionism, and shrinking the size of the government.

Many support ideas of taking government out of issues of abortion, gay marriage, gun ownership, deregulating the health care industry, and cutting all taxes.

Which conditions makes social loafing more likely to occur?
ivolga24 [154]
<span>Conditions that lead to social loafing can include over sized work groups, lack of task delineation, and rules of workload. Large groups tend to allow some individuals to let their groups do the work for them. Not having a specific task can discourage some workers when others might be more motivated to tackle the problem at hand. Not requiring a certain amount of participation means that students aren't held accountable for their part in the final product.</span>

_____ assumes that children learn gender-linked behaviors by observing and imitating others, as well as through the rewards and
sesenic [268]

Social Learning Theory

Social Learning Theory is the theory that children, as they grow older, learn gender-linked behaviors through observation and direction of their parents, teachers, and peers.

For example, if a young boy was found crying, and his peers made fun of his for crying by saying that "only girls cry," then he would learn that behavior. In this case, social learning theory explains that he is learning gender-linked behavior through his peers' instruction.
