Answer:

x = 11

Step-by-step explanation:

∠CAB = ∠DCA = 33° ← alternate angles

∠ACB = 180° - 5x ← angles on a straight angle

The sum of the 3 angles in ΔABC = 180°, hence

33 + 2x + 180 - 5x = 180

- 3x + 213 = 180 ( subtract 213 from both sides )

- 3x = - 33 ( divide both sides by - 3 )

x = 11
