Concerns about Constitution
In Observations on the New Constitution, Warren expressed the concern that the Constitution set no limits on the power of the judiciary and contained no rotations of offices or term limits for federal officials.

It was pesident Franklin D. Roosevelt who took the first steps to reach racial equality, but they were not enought. Nevertheless, during the period of president Harry S. Truman great efforts were made in this direction. Truman established a committee on Civil Rights. This was not well seen by the southern Democrats who <em>opposed firmly to the new civil rights</em>. They decided to form a new party, called <em>Dixiecrats</em>, an extremely (racially) conservative party. They even <em>intended to reach the White House</em>, naming a presidential candidate in 1948, however, they <em>did not successed</em>.
The map below shows us the migratory patterns of the Indo-Europeans, and with their migrations, the spread of the their language as well. As the Indo-Europeans started to migrate from their homeland in the lowlands between the Black and Caspian seas, they were spreading their culture with them. This led to their language seemingly distant regions that do not seem connected. As they were moving in different areas, Europe, India, Iran, Central Asia, their language started to change, so lot of new dialects emerged, and later those dialects gave birth to new languages, though all of those languages kept their basis and remained part of the same linguistic family.
