Why did the japanese not succeed ate midway
Illusion [34]

Japan lost Midway the way they did based on a lack of coherent operational priorities, poor operational planning, poor operational security, and poor decision making in battle. Japan could not have won the Battle of Midway the way they wanted to, but they could have won a different battle. Of course, Japan could not have recovered from Pearl Harbor and won the war. That final outcome was never in doubt, regardless of the magnitude of that tactical victory.

How did the black power movement lead African Americans away from Dr. Kings message of nonviolent disobedience and the goal of i
nikklg [1K]
The black power movement of the 1960's was much different than the goals set out by Martin Luther King Jr. Instead of focusing on integration, the black power movement focused on gaining power in political society without the help of white citizens. Members of this movement, like Malcolm X, felt that whenever white citizens got involved in marches or nonviolent protest, it weakened the movement.

Also, instead of nonviolent disobedience, members of the black power movement were in favor of self-defense. They felt that black citizens had the right to fight back if prompted with a violent situation or physical abuse.
