Hello! I can help you with this! It asks for a ratio, so we have to solve it in that format. Although, there are different ways of solving it.

1. Okay. So a ratio for this would be 3/4 : 5/6. To divide fractions, we must keep the first fraction the same, change the division into a multiplication symbol, and flip the second fraction over. So it would look like this: 3/4 * 6/5. Multiply straight across (n*n/ d*d). When you do that, you get 18/20 or 9/10 in simplest form. The landscaper's rater is 9/10 acres per hour.

2. The ratio for this question is 9/4 : 1/2 For the next question, we repeat the steps for dividing fractions. Keep, Change, Flip. 9/4 * 2/1 is 18/4 or 4 1/2 in simplest form. Sally's running speed is 4 1/2 miles per hour.

3. Okay. Going back to question #1, the unit rate was 9/10 acres per hour. All we have to do now is multiply that number by 4. To multiply fractions, do it straight across. 9/10 * 4/1 is 36/10 or 3 3/5 in simplest form. A landscaper can mow 3 3/5 acres in 4 hours.

4. Then we repeat the steps done in question #3, and incorporate it in this problem. Going back to question #2, the unit rate was 4 1/2 miles per hour. All we have to do is multiply by 3. 9/2 * 3/1 is 27/2 or 13 1/2 in simplest form. Sally can run 13 1/2 miles in 3 hours.

6 = r + 2 Addition and Subtraction Equations 11.2
Taya2010 [7]

Answer:

I'm not sure what you are looking for but I'm assuming you are finding r.

r is equal to 4.

Step-by-step explanation:

6 = r + 2

In order to find r, you have to subtract 2 from 6.

So, r = 6 - 2 = 4

FOR WHICH POLYGON ARE BOTH x= -1 and y= -2 lines of symmetry? ILL BRAINLIEST YOU IF YOU GET IT RIGHT HELP ME PLZ
snow_lady [41]

Answer:

C

Step-by-step explanation:

The line of symmetry is a line that splits the figure into 2 halves where each half is a mirror image of the other. In the third figure, if a line is drawn through x = -1, the halves mirror each other. If a line is drawn through y = -2, the top and bottom halves mirror each other.
