Answer:

1) I think its helps to rename a function as tenths or hundredths when you want to write the decimal equivalent because for example if you wanted to rename this function 6/25 to 24/100 you can know were you put it in decimal (0.24).

2) It was a good idea to change 4/16 to 1/4 to determine a decimal equivalent because it would be easier to put 1/4 in a decimal equivalent.

3) You write the decimal 0.12 as 3/25

4) I dont know...sorry that I cant help with this...I dont know the answer to this question
