Well, hopefully you know how to get Kelvin. For example. 1 degrees Celsius to Kelvin is 274.15.   Celsius - Kelvin 273.15. Anyway, two other related equations would be  x Celsius + 273.15 =  y (Kelvin) and   Celsius - Kelvin = Add 273.15

If the temperature in Celsius is 23 degrees, it would be 296.15 Kelvin.

300 Kelvin is greater than 25 Celsius. I got my answer because I know to get Celsius, you would add 273.15 to the celsius. 25 + 273.15 = 298.15. So 300 Kelvin is greater than 25 Degrees Celsius.

I hope this helps!!

399 round nearest hundred
andreev551 [17]
Since the 9 is greater than or equal to 5, we'll round our number up by adding 1 to the 3 in the hundreds place, making it a 4. And also by changing all digits to the right of this new 4 into zeros.

And our rounded number would be 400

Sally has a piece of cloth used 1/3 of a foot of the cloth to make a pillow cover in another 4/7 of a foot of the cloth to make
iren [92.7K]

Answer:

\frac{23}{21} feets

Step-by-step explanation:

Given.

Sally started with two feets of cloth.

Total cloth = 2 feets

She used \frac{1}{3} of a foot of the cloth to make a pillow cover.

And another \frac{4}{7} of a foot of the cloth to make a table cloth.

She used total cloth to make a pillow cover and table cloth = \frac{1}{3} +\frac{4}{7}

=\frac{7+12}{21} \\=\frac{19}{21}

Total used cloth by Sally = \frac{19}{21}

The equation for remaining cloth

remaining cloth = total cloth - used cloth

remaining cloth = 2 - \frac{19}{21}

remaining cloth = \frac{2\times 21-19}{21}

remaining cloth = \frac{42-19}{21}

remaining cloth = \frac{23}{21}

Sally has remaining cloth = \frac{23}{21} feets
