and some poultry but don't try thoose if cooked under 150*

Shell eggs and egg containing foods 145 degrees Fahrenheit

 Pork                                                  150 degrees Fahrenheit

Ground Meat                                          158 degrees Fahrenheit

Poultry, poultry stuffing, stuffed meats and stuffing containing meat 165 degrees Fahrenheit



and much more like tuns of fish can be eaten raw....um shrimp,lobster,crab, u dont even need to cook vegetables......but um ya thats all i can think of have a good day
