How do I find the unknown angles?
Svet_ta [14]

so 1 and 2 are supplementary, meaning that they add up to 180. so 1 is 180-45, which is 135.

3 is a vertical angle to 1, so 1 and 3 are the same. that means that 3 is also 135

Answer:

m<1=135°

m<3=135°

The height of a triangle is 18 inches. if the area of the triangle is 6 square feet, what is the base of the triangle
timama [110]
Suppose the base of the triangle is x.

x×6÷2=18

Then you work out the equation

x×6=18×2
x×6=36
x=36÷6
x=6

That means the base is 6 inches

If you want to check, you just have to plug 6 into x

6x6÷2=36÷2
=18 inches

So that means 6 inches is definitely the answer

Hope this helps!
