The cognitive ability that is helpful for toddlers in developing their sociomoral emotions is the self-reflection. Self-reflection is a way of having an individual to learn about things around them and each of its purpose and in a way, this will help toddlers to develop their sociomoral emotions as they may be able to understand what is happening around them and what they must feel around a particular environment.
