According to the CDC, on September 14th, 2014 a man traveling from Liberia to Dallas, Texas was the first person to be diagnosed in the U.S. He did not have any symptoms when he left Liberia.
The problem was that he was not drinking enough water when the weather was very hot outside. Afterwards the levels of water in his body rapidly dropped and <span>his body had to conserve water in order to prevent complete dehydration.</span>
