Colt1911 [192]

Answer:

Explanation:

Being new in town is not easy. You don't know anybody that could help you or talk with, you get lost easily since you don't know directions; therefore,  it's very normal for the body to react in different ways such as overeating. Instead, Sam could find different alternatives to canalize this stress. One thing that she could do, is sign up in the local gym. In the gym she could meet kids her own age in different activities. She could also, sign up in different extra-curricular activities where she can be busy learning different things and meeting new people. One last thing she could do is practice meditation. Life is stressful and we don’t take enough time to breath and relax. By meditating, Sam could relieve all the stress she has through the day and start thinking more clearly and feeling more relax.
