Triangle ghi has the angle measures of g = (2x + 5)°, h = (6x − 10)°, and i = (x + 5)°. what is the actual measurement of angle
Pie
Sum of all the angles in a triangle = 180°

(2x + 5) + (6x - 10) + (x + 5) = 180

2x + 5 + 6x - 10 + x + 5 = 180

Combine like terms:
9x  = 180

Divide by 9:
x = 20

Answer: x = 20°

What is the slope of the line that contains the points (-4,3) and (6,-3)
Naddika [18.5K]

% slope  = m
slope =  m\implies
\cfrac{\stackrel{rise}{ y_2- y_1}}{\stackrel{run}{ x_2- x_1}}\implies \cfrac{-3-3}{6-(-4)}\implies \cfrac{-3-3}{6+4}

(x+1)(2x-4)(1/x+1)=(x+1)(2x-4)(1-5/2x-4)
ZanzabumX [31]
So you have two parts to eliminate, (x+1) is being multiplied by its reciprocal so you can eliminate that along with the (2x-4).
this brings you to to have 1=(-4/(2x-4)) meaning that if tou multiply both sides by 2x-4 you end up with 2x-4=-4 and can add 4 to both sides, getting 2x=0 or x=0 for your answer. :DDDD
