Answer:

1)From what i could see i would interpret this as when one nation gets involved all their allies jump in also. You could also say that this ends in a long chain with each one going after the other. ally, then opposing ally, then ally, etc.

2)Source A tells you that when someone messes with one of them everyone else comes out of the wood works to fight too.

Cowboys made about $30 per monthw, and they were the last to be allowed to have water. They worked about fifteen hours a day. At night, they had to watch over the cattle and horses, and they slept on bedrooms. During bad weather, they would steer the cattle into walking in a circle, to calm them. At times, they were attacked by cattle rustlers and Native Americans.
