Some dictators, take advantage of the the power they have and do bad stuffs
Some dictators are biased and prejudice, so some might not like latino’s based on who they are and their skin color
Some dictators are not Latinos so the ones that are not Latinos, may not like them, and so they may to bad stuffs
Some dictators even kill people who disagree with them, put them in labor camps, or make these people die out of starvations, and some Latinos wouldn't want people like this.
