Answer:

conflict

Explanation:

There are lots of different conflicts.

Hermia and her father are in conflict because they disagree as to which suitor Hermia should marry. Hermia wants to marry Lysander, and her father wants her to marry Demetrius.

Lysander and Demetrius are in conflict because they both want to marry Hermia.

Helena is in conflict with Demetrius, because she wants to marry him, and he wants nothing to do with her.

Oberon and Titania are in conflict because Oberson wants her to give him the human Indian baby she has adopted, and Titania wants to keep him.

Later, when a magic flower makes Lysander and Demetrius decide they both love Helena instead of Hermia, they are in conflict because they both want Helena. Furthermore, Helena and Hermia are in conflict because Hermia thinks Helena stole Lysander from her, and Helena thinks everyone is mocking her.

Those are the major conflicts. Most of them involve unrequited love and jealousy.

How can visualizing a sequence of events aid the reader?
attashe74 [19]
Visualizing a sequence of events can give the reader a sense of coherence and harmony in the story that he/she is reading. When events are sequentially arranged, the reader has a clearer picture on what is about to happen in the story that he/she is reading. Aside from this, comprehension will be at par because the events have already been mapped or laid out in the mind.

Affix examples?
timofeeve [1]
An example of an affix is any prefix or suffix since an affix is an addition to a word.

An example of a prefix is Anti, Pro, Tele, Un, Ultra, and so on and so forth.

An example of an allusion is, "I couldn't believe her nose wasn't growing as large as Pinocchio's." This is an allusion because it references another character.

An example of a suffix is er, ful, dom, and so on and so forth.

An example of an analogy is like is to love as dislike is to hate.

Hope this helps!

What are Multiple examples of The Masque of the Red Death?
Greeley [361]

Answer:"The Masque of the Red Death", originally published as "The Mask of the Red Death: A Fantasy", is a short story by American writer Edgar Allan Poe, first published in 1842. The story follows Prince Prospero's attempts to avoid a dangerous plague, known as the Red Death, by hiding in his abbey. He, along with many other wealthy nobles, hosts a masquerade ball within seven rooms of the abbey, each decorated with a different color. In the midst of their revelry, a mysterious figure disguised as a Red Death victim enters and makes his way through each of the rooms. Prospero dies after confronting this stranger, whose "costume" proves to contain nothing tangible inside it; the guests also die in turn. Poe's story follows many traditions of Gothic fiction and is often analyzed as an allegory about the inevitability of death, though some critics advise against an allegorical reading. Many different interpretations have been presented, as well as attempts to identify the true nature of the titular disease. The story was first published in May 1842 in Graham's Magazine and has since been adapted in many different forms, including a 1964 film starring Vincent Price. Poe's short story has also been alluded to by other works in many types of media.
