Answer:

According to Scientists, the Native Americans originally arrived from Asia using the Bering Bridge called Beringia.

Explanation:

The Bering Strait is a shallow area of water between Alaska and Chukotka (Russia's Easternmost Point). The waters would freeze and form the Bering Bridge. The nomadic tribes of Asia would travel to North America and then settle in different areas of the Americas.

The Ottoman Empire under Suleiman is best characterized as a
PtichkaEL [24]

Answer:

multicultural Sunni Islamic state

Explanation:

Under Suleiman the Great, the Ottoman Empire grew larger and stronger, incorporating new territories in its borders, thus new groups of people as well. This resulted in an empire that had an abundance of different cultures and religions in its borders. The Sunni Islam was the state religion and it was set up higher in the hierarchy than the rest, but the empire had multiple others, including Orthodox Christian, Catholic, Armenian Christian, Jews. This made the empire a multicultural empire, though it has to be mentioned that the multiculturalism did not work well in this case, as the people of different cultures, ethnic groups, or religions were constantly rebelling against the suppressing Ottomans.

How did the Space Race benefit US society?
spin [16.1K]
I think that the 'by-products' of the Space Race are what really benefit us. The Race itself is pretty irrevelant. It forced both nations to push their technology to its limits and as a result of the huge government expenditures, we now have better technology to use in everyday life. Things like LCD screens, computers and energy saving and water filtration technology are all aspects of space research which is relevant to us.
