Answer:

It is in February that the unit price of grapes ($2.70 per pound of grapes) is the same as that of May.

Step-by-step explanation:

Complete Question

Select the correct month.

Listed are the quantities of green grapes Martha bought for four months and the amount that she spent on them. In May, she bought 2 pounds of grapes for $5.40, in which month was the unit price the same as it was in May?

January

2 pounds for $7.40

February

4 pounds for $10.80

March

5 pounds for $11.65

April

3 pounds for $7.50

Solution

In May, Martha bought 2 pounds of grapes for $5.40.

The unit price per pound = (5.40/2) = $2.70 per pound of grapes.

We can then do this for the months given to obtain which month in which the unit price is the same as it was in May?

For January

She bought 2 pounds of grapes for $7.40

Unit price per pound = (7.40/2) = $3.70 per pound of grapes.

For February

Martha bought 4 pounds of grapes for $10.80.

Unit price per pound = (10.80/4) = $2.70 per pound of grapes.

March

She bought 5 pounds of grapes for $11.65.

Unit price per pound = (11.65/5) = $2.33 per pound of grapes.

April

She bought 3 pounds of grapes for $7.50.

Unit price per pound = (7.50/3) = $2.50 per pound of grapes.

It is evident that it is in February that the unit price of grapes ($2.70 per pound of grapes) is the same as that of May.

Hope this Helps!!!

Choose the two expressions that are equivalent to 6.5 ÷ 1.3.
kenny6666 [7]

Answer:

A & C

Step-by-step explanation:

To find the two expressions that are equivalent to 6.5 ÷ 1.3, you need to solve all of them until you get the two expressions that have a quotient of 5.

Let's begin solving!

65 ÷ 13  = 5

So now we know that A is one of our answers

65 ÷ 130 = 0.5

Not one of our answers because the quotient is not 5

650 ÷ 130 = 5

This is our other answer! We don't need to solve D because we only needed to find two expressions which are A and C.

Hope this helps you :)

Last question, if its wrong expect a pc flying through your window
slavikrds [6]

Answer:

D. 73°

Step-by-step explanation:

The inside angles of a triangle always equal 180° so if we know that a right angle is already 90° we only need one more angle to know all of them:

1. 90° + 17° + ?° = 180

2. 90° + 17° = 107°

3. 180° - 107° = 73°

4. 90° + 17° + 73° = 180
