Answer: The workout habits I would want to change would be working out for long periods of time at a moderate pace. When it comes to working out, slow and steady does NOT win the race. Instead of working out for an hour at an easy-to-moderate intensity level, I would like to step it up a notch. Another habit I would like to change would be hydrating with sports drinks. Sports drinks may give me a boost, but are also full of sugar and calories. During any given daily workout, hydrating with water should do the trick just fine.
I feel like yes children should have plenty of free play not only to ease any wiggles they may have but just to let their creativity run free and let there brain relax. A lot of activities now a days can be fun but also engaging as well to children and there learning, but it all depend son how patient parents and or teachers are willing to be.
The heat is usually located on the left side of the torso and not many have it on the right side so we can’t conduct many study’s on the right side torso people
What I would say and ask to the science teacher: How does food digest in our body since we consume it, for if we consume it, it has to go somewhere. And are we made up of tiny atoms for I know that 50% of our body is made up of water but what about atoms? And what type of food should I eat in order to stay healthy?
