It impacts you/others more when it is live changing because, for example: If you have a family, and you have a decision of Picking to go to college or not. Picking to go to college can give you a degree and gives you opportunities to get a better job, than when you never went to college. If you dont pick the right decision your family wont have enough money to provide to essential needs. Decisions can also hurt people emotions, like when someone decides to steal your phone, that will make you sad.
