For this, I would form a group of friends who need to practice exercises and would establish an exercise schedule, where each friend would encourage the other to practice the exercises at the right time. My goal with this is to be able to exercise three times a week, every week, until the end of next year.
It is important to emphasize that Benchmarking is the process developed to establish improvements in some areas, company or event and Internal Benchmarking is the one that seeks this improvement within the resources that the individual who needs to be improved already has.
