Which age pyramid has the largest base of pre-reproductive population ?
Svet_ta [14]

By looking at all the age population pyramids, this would be my best guess. Every territory is different with various populations, however, to the best of my knowledge, it would be the expansive pyramid.

Expansive population pyramids are used to describe populations that are young and growing. They are often characterized by their typical ‘pyramid’ shape, which has a broad base and narrow top. Expansive population pyramids show a larger percentage of the population in the younger age cohorts, usually with each age cohort smaller in size than the one below it. These types of populations are typically representative of developing nations, whose populations often have high fertility rates and lower than average life expectancies.

Constructed Response: Identify & describe 2 ways removing trees from a forest can affect the organisms who live there. Using
vitfil [10]

Answer:

are scale tree cutting can lead to deforestation, a transformation of an area from forest to terrain with little vegetation. A biosphere is the term used to describe the combination of every ecosystem on the planet. Our biosphere is Earth. The biosphere includes all living beings and their relationships. Changing temperatures can alter which organisms can survive in an ecosystem. Plants create oxygen and absorb greenhouse gases. The destruction of trees may, therefore, encourage global warming .Biotic factors pertain to living organisms and their relationships. Abiotic factors are the non-living components of the ecosystem, including sunlight, water, temperature, wind, and nutrients. Ecologists use biotic and abiotic factors to predict population changes and ecological events. A biome is the term used to describe organisms that occupy a certain area. Biomes are determined by the primary vegetation type, the climate of the area, and the geographic location. The plants and animals in a biome share common traits that are specific to the individual biome those plants and animals inhabit.

What is the connection between virus prevalence and animal populations?
ch4aika [34]

Rinderpest disease is caused by a virus that affects hoofed animals, including cattle and wildebeest. In the 1950s, a cattle vaccination program was implemented to eradicate the disease in the Serengeti, and this led to dramatic changes in the populations of wildebeest and other species. The figure shows the number of wildebeest in the Serengeti ecosystem (shaded circles, left y-axis) and the prevalence (i.e., percentage) of individuals infected by rinderpest disease (unshaded squares and triangles, right y-axis) from 1958 to 2003.
