Why did reform movements grow out of the Realist movement?
Anton [14]
The abolitionist movement was against people being dis-empowered and enslaved because of their colour. The feminist movement grew from the same point, particularly in the USA and England, for women realized they had been dis-empowered because of their gender. Neither gender or colour was choice.

How are jury decisions in Louisiana different from those in most other US states?
grin007 [14]

In Louisiana Jury decision need not be unanimous.

Explanation:

Each and every Juror need not be convinced for the defendant' guilt. If the judges claim to be of similar opinion then the guilt proves to be reasonable but its not the majority of the judges opinion. Judges love this process as it expedites the deliberations and most of the cases are solved faster.

Unanimity is required in all criminal cases which are of third degree severity. In a state where the racial disparity is to the maximum and unanimity of jury persists then, there are many chances for the defendant to be convicted and sentenced to life in prison without parole based upon a 10-2 vote of the jury decisions.

According to the Charter of 1732, there were three primary reasons for colonizing Georgia. Based on your knowledge of Georgia's
GuDViN [60]

The reason the Charter of 1732 is of importance is that it establishes and sets the rules for the colonists, mostly English debtors, who had colonized there.  And from that beginning, it establishes the basis for a common occurrence, and was the basic founding of the other twelve colonies.  Therefore, it grants authority to James Oglethorpe to colonize, beyond the reasons listed in the Charter, of Charity, Economics and Defense.  It is the basis for King George granting the trustees the legitimacy and power to govern the colony.
