It's simply just they in Spanish but for girls only. When you see A toward the end of word like that it's usually feminine/for girls. When you see O toward the end of a word it's usually directed toward boys/masculine.
A mi me gusta pintar porque yo pinto lindo, y tambien me gusta bailar porque es algo que me qustaria hacer mejor. Pero a mi no me gusta cocinar porque es muy difícil para mi.
