A good way to deal with stress is to lead a more active life. Exercise allows us to release endorphins, which can reduce our stress levels and improve our mood. This would be a particularly benefitial thing for Jonathan to do, as he is normally an active person who enjoys running and swimming. All of the other options that are given would not help him manage his stress effectively.
