Given:

Consider the three point of second line are S, R, V instead of S, R, W.

A line with points T, R, W intersects a line with points S, R, V at point R. Another line extends from point R to point U between angle T, R, V.

\angle VRW=(3x)^\circ

\angle TRS=(2x+18)^\circ

To find:

The m∠SRW.

Solution:

The figure according to the given information is shown below (not to scale).

From the below figure it is clear that, \angle VRW and \angle TRS are vertically opposite angles. So, their measures are equal.

3x=2x+18

Subtract 2x from both sides.

3x-2x=18

x=18

Using x=18 the measure of angle VRW is

\angle VRW=(3x)^\circ

\angle VRW=(3\times 18)^\circ

\angle VRW=54^\circ

Now,

\angle VRW+\angle SRW=180^\circ       [Linear pair]

54^\circ+\angle SRW=180^\circ

\angle SRW=180^\circ-54^\circ

\angle SRW=126^\circ

Therefore, the correct option is C.

HELPPP!!! Last attempt. ( this is geometry find the distance between the ordered points)
Oxana [17]

9514 1404 393

Answer:

  6

Step-by-step explanation:

You will recognize that these points both have the same x-coordinate, so are on the vertical line x=2. The distance between them will be the difference of the y-coordinates:

  6 - 0 = 6

The points are 6 units apart.

__

If you like, you can use the distance formula.

  d = √((x2 -x1)² +(y2 -y1)²)

The values of these parameters are ...

  x1 = 2, y1 = 0

  x2 = 2, y2 = 6

Then the distance is ...

  d = √((2 -2)² +(6 -0)²) = √(0 +36) = 6

The distance between the points is 6 units.

taurus [48]

Answer: it is invalid

Step-by-step explanation: it is invalid because the data table has 30 out of 100 people stating that they prefer to view movies in theater. This does not have the same ratio as 300 out of 400, and would only work had he said 300 out of 1000. Thus, he is incorrect in his inference.

(4-3√3)(2-√3)???? (the question marks signal the gap between the question and then me starting to distribute)
katen-ka-za [31]

You have two binomials.  I would just FOIL them:

First:           4 x 2 = 8

Outside:  4 (-√3) = -4√3

Inside:   -3√3 (2) = -6√3

Last:   -3√3 (-√3) = 9

Addummup:  8  -  4√3  -  -6√3  +  9  =  17 - 10√3

What is lower quartile the median upper quartile for these numbers 1,3,4,6,6,8,9
Sedbober [7]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Quartile means fourth

break up the numbers in to 4 groups, start by finding the middle numbers and split the numbers in half.  Then split both of those two groups in half to find the quartiles.

Lower quartile is the group with the smallest numbers.

Median is the middle number (of the whole group).

Upper quartile is the group with the largest numbers.
