Answer (my guess): C “the rustle of leaves and the peeping of frogs.” Only because the word 'sensory' refers to the five senses: sight, touch, taste, smell, sound. Vivid sensory detail uses words that are extremely descriptive in. Now B “to hear some of the gossip...” could also be a sensory detail but C is just more descriptive. Which is why is says “best” example.
