Answer:

Volume is LxWxH so you will first do the bigger cube. count the squares you see for length, width, and hieght on the first cube so that will be:

10x9x5 which equals 450. Now we go to the cube that is on the bottom right that is attached to the other cube that is 450. Now we do the same with that.

5x9x2. And the volume for that will be 90.

Since we just figured out these cubes, we add these two together

450+90=540

The answer is 540. Have a great day, and i hope this helped :)

Which angles are corresponding angles?
BartSMP [9]
For now, let's assume we can rule out choice A.

Angles 3 and 7 are vertical angles. So we can rule out choice B

Angle 3 and angle 11 are corresponding angles. They are on the topside of their adjacent parallel horizontal line. They are also on the left side of the transversal cut line d. The answer is choice C.

Angles 3 and 8 are not corresponding angles. Corresponding angles are not adjacent to one another. In other words, they do not share a common vertex.

Which of the following is an equation of a proportional relationship?
Alborosie

Answer:

Both are proportional, because as the value of x change (increases or decreases), the value of y changes (increases or decreases).

The first equation (y = 25x) could represent that amount of teachers per students. If x = teachers (let's say there is 1 teacher), then y = students (1 teacher would teach a class of 25 students).

The second equation (y = 5x + 25) could represent the amount of money you could earn babysitting. The starting/base amount would be $25, and you would earn $5 more for every hour you babysat.

1.5s - 4 = t solve for s
miv72 [106K]

Because there are two variables, we cannot solve for an exact value of s.

1.5s - 4 = t

Add 4 to both sides.

1.5s = t + 4

Divide both sides by 1.5

s = (t + 4)/1.5

Mrs. Robbins has stickers and erasers in her desk. The ratio of stickers to erasers is 3 to 8. She has 12 stickers. *
Nuetrik [128]
Given:
ratio of stickers to erasers: 3 to 8
She has 12 stickers.

3:8 = 12:x
3x = 8*12
3x = 96
x = 96/3
x = 32 erasers.

Mrs. Robbins has 32 erasers.
