From the ruling of Shogunates in Japan from 1100s to the middle 1800s, Japanese artists focused on painting acts of bravery and as well their warriors/ soldiers or samurai. Early Artists painted in scrolls or even in portraits. Paintings that are hard to depict are sometimes, the ones the requires great patience.
It sparked a domino effect of other nations making those nations rebel as well.
