How does oxygen enter the cells of the tube worm
const2013 [10]

Flatworms are small, literally flat worms, which 'breathe' through diffusion across the outer membrane (Figure 2). The flat shape of these organisms increases the surface area for diffusion, ensuring that each cell within the body is close to the outer membrane surface and has access to oxygen.

Compare the practices of shelterwood cutting, clearcutting, and seed-tree cutting.
Setler79 [48]

Answer:

Clearcutting removes all the trees within a certain area at one time. Shelterwood cutting also removes all the trees in an area, but does it in stages over several years. Seed-tree cutting removes all the trees except for a select number of mature trees that can then reseed the area. Seed-tree cutting and shelterwood cutting allow for the harvested areas to recover over time without direct intervention

Compare and contrasts the starch cells found in plants with the fat cells found in animals.
erastovalidia [21]
Both starch in plants and fat cells in animals serve as a store of energy. However, fats in animals are generally stored in fat cells (forming the adipose tissue) while starch in plants is stored in the chloroplasts. Also, fats and starch are 2 totally different compounds with different chemical compositions and structures (I won't elaborate on the types of fats and starches in this thread though).
