I remember all the boys used to like this one girl in 6th grade because she was already full developed and she had curly hair an

d a good face shape. But in 8th grade she ended up doing hardcore drûgs and smôking pot, and stopped showing up to school. And today I came across her inśtagram page and wow she really messed herself up she looks like somebody’s aunty who just got out of jail. And she ended up dropping out.

Answer:

The area of each figure is:

 • Area of the rectangle = 10 square units.
 • Area of the triangle = 10 square units.
 • Area of the figure = 20 square units.

Step-by-step explanation:

To find the area of that figure, first, we're gonna find the area of the rectangle and next the area of the triangle, to make this we need to identify the measurement of each one, the rectangle has 2 units wide and 5 units high, then, we use the next formula:

 • Area of a rectangle = width * height
 • Area of a rectangle = 2 units * 5 units
 • Area of a rectangle = 10 square units

Now, we identify the measurements of the triangle (base = 4 units, height = 5 units) and we use the formula:

 • Area of a triangle = (base * height) / 2
 • Area of a triangle = (4 units * 5 units) / 2
 • Area of a triangle = (20 square units / 2
 • Area of a triangle = 10 square units

And we obtain the area of the whole figure when we add the two areas:

 • Area of the figure = area of the triangle + area of the rectangle
 • Area of the figure = 10 square units + 10 square units
 • Area of the figure = 20 square units.

As you can see, the area of the picture is 20 square units.

A hot water tap filled a bath in 7 1/2 minutes, while a cold water tap fills it in 5 minutes, how long will it take to fill the ba
Kisachek [45]

Answer:

3 minutes

Step-by-step explanation:

Let's say that the bathtub is 15L

It would take 7.5 mins to fill 15L

15L/7.5 = 2L per minute

The other tap would take 5 minutes to fill 15L

15L/5 = 3L per minute

3L per minute + 2L per minute = 5L per minute

15L/5L per min = 3 minutes

Sorry for the delay. Accidentally pressed the answer button without the answer. Hope I helped.

A circular fountain has 132 feet of railing around it. What is the area of the fountain to the nearest square foot? Use 3.14 for
11111nata11111 [884]

Answer:

139

Step-by-step explanation:

First we need to find diameter 132/3.14=42 rounded

Then we halve it to find radius 42/2=21

Formula for area is radius x radius x 3.14

21 x 21 = 441 x 3.14 = 138.74 round up is 139
