First of all i would ignore it i would also try to express your feelings and write your feelings in a diary and last but not least i would see a therapist to talk about your personal problems
I think it would be a because theirs no one around to see you not wearing one.<span />
its ok just sometimes you just have to take some deep breaths and fight the demon called life because your not the only one....
