Answer and Explanation:

The preamble of the constitution is very simple, short and straightforward. Which enhances the purpose of this document and makes it comprehensible to all American people, regardless of their level of education. When reading the preamble, any citizen understands the serious and egalitarian tone of the document, I understand that this is a document written to improve and make life easier for citizens.

This is also reinforced when the preamble takes on a language on behalf of the American people and not the government. When the preamble presents the line "We the People of the United States [...] of the ordain and establish the Constitution for the United States of America," it creates an emotional effect on the audience, who feel its importance for the construction of the country being recognized.
