The additional assessment measures for a diabetic pregnancy will lead to some very  important points which includes a screening test during second trimester between the time period of 24 to 28 weeks of pregnancy.

  • Initial glucose challenge test
  • Follow-up glucose tolerance screening test

TREATMENT:

The treatment includes:

  • Changes in lifestyle
  • Medication
  • Blood sugar control

A. lifestyle changes:  

  • It includes your changes in lifestyle i.e. how you eat and move which is very important for keeping your blood sugar control in a healthy range.
  • Healthy diet
  • Do regular physical activity.

B. Medication: It includes oral medicines as well as insulin injections to take control of your blood sugar.

C. Monitoring of your blood sugar should be done four or five times in a day

D. Proper regular checkup and growth of your baby should be keenly observed.

Thats why when they go to hospitals they try to give treatment as fast and quickly as possible so there is no further damage. The medicine works almost instantly.

The reason bacteria can evolve faster because the DNA which is sharing which the evolution happen much faster, mostly because you don't have to rely on mutations.
