Answer:

4. all of the above were included

Explanation:

The Elizabethan Theaters began in the cobbled patios of Inns - they were called Inn-yards. Upwards of 500 individuals would go to play exhibitions. There was unmistakably some significant benefit to be made in dramatic creations. James Burbage was an on-screen character, who at one time would have played in the Inn-yards and, no uncertainty , arranged a high cost with the Inn attendant to perform on his premises.

The outdoors field of the amphitheater was known as the 'pit' or the 'yard'. The phase of the amphitheater anticipated most of the way into the 'pit'. It had a raised stage toward one side which was encompassed by three levels of roofed exhibitions with galleries neglecting the back of the stage.

Which form does a verb take to ask a question?
subjunctive indicative imperative passive
mr_godi [17]
The form that a verb takes to ask a question is indicative. You use just the regular forms of a verb to ask the question, as in this example: What do you need? Subjunctive mood is used when talking about possibilities, or wishes, as in "I wish you would stop doing that," where "you would stop" is subjunctive. Imperative is the form you use to give orders, such as in" Close the door!" Passive form, as opposed to active, is found in this example: A book is being read by me - as opposed to - I am reading a book - which is active.
