Which sentence uses the most precise language? (10 points)
barxatty [35]
I'd say the answer is - After I laundered my cell phone in my pants, I mad sure to track where it was, especially when close to water.

It specifically states that the pants were laundered with the cell phone in them, and that he doesn't want to make that same mistake again.

Which element of plot is in this passage?
dmitriy555 [2]

Answer:

Exposition

Explanation:

Plot is, basically, a sequence of events that makes the story.

It has five basic parts or elements:

- exposition (introduction) where the main characters and setting are introduced

- rising action is a part where the main conflict is introduces

- climax is a part where the conflict is being resolved and is the turning point of the story

- falling action is a part where we see the results and consequences of the actions taken during the climax

- resolution is an ending part of the story

Now, in the given passage, we get to know about Ashley's characteristics, the way she spends her days or maybe start drawing some conclusions about her. We don't know what will happen next, only some information about the character. So, the best answer would be that this passage is an introduction.

The great Gatsby
Need a quick write either choice #
Plzzzzzzz hurry!!!!!!
erik [133]
I can only give you the main idea because I don’t feel like writing a paragraph. Well for choice #3 Daisy is emotionally attached to Gatsby’s shirts because they represent what could have been, and the wrong decision she made. Daisy moved on with Tom because she didn’t see a future with Gatsby that had money in it, they only had love. Daisy wanted to live in luxury and at the time, Tom had more than Gatsby. The shirts are fancy and imported, and she is now feeling the impact of her decision. She’s seeing what could have been, and realizing she could have been with the person she ACTUALLY loved AND lived comfortably.
