2. Present-day celebrations can hinder healing when people deliberate too much on perceived wrongs and make issues out of them by engaging in protests.

3. The Day of Mourning can advance or hinder healing because it serves as a reminder of past wrongs. It does not help people move on rather, it fans the flames of hatred and does not allow people to heal from past wrongs meted from them.
