Romanticism highlights the feelings of the author at the time of writing, while Realism seeks the exact reproduction of the social environment in which the author is involved.

Taking this into account, the first extract should be labeled as romanticism, the second extract as realism, the third extract as romanticism and the last one as realism.

Write in your own words!!
rosijanka [135]

Explanation:

  1. Pyramid Schemes are, however, fraudulent schemes, disguised as an MLM strategy. The difference between a pyramid scheme and a lawful MLM program is that there is no real product that is sold in a pyramid scheme. Participants attempt to make money solely by recruiting new participants into the program.

2.The essential difference between the two frauds is that a Ponzi scheme generally only requires investment in something from its victims, with promised returns at a later pay date. Pyramid schemes, unlike Ponzi schemes, usually offer a victim the opportunity to “make” money by recruiting more people into the scam.

In two or three paragraphs, analyze the structure of The Way to Rainy Mountain and show how the structure affects the impact of
Gemiola [76]

Answer:

In Navarre Scott Momaday's The Way to Rainy Mountain, he attempts to reconnect with his American Indian (Kiowa) history by traveling to Rainy Mountain, Oklahoma, to visit his late grandmother's grave. Momaday is a professor of English at the University of Arizona and holds degrees from both the University of New Mexico and Stanford University.

Despite the fact that Momaday is a Pulitzer Prize-winning poet, critic, and academician, this critic believes that his flow of writing has disappointed the reader and that he has possibly lost his ability to connect with his readers because he fails to describe his feelings in detail, especially in nostalgic writing.

In your own words, explain the God as a Clockmaker Theory. Remember to use<br> complete sentences!
Alla [95]

Answer:

Explanation:

I remember in high school AP European History, learning about the idea of Deism.  Deists believed that we can know there is a God based on natural evidence: all the laws of science and things we see in nature.  But theirs is a view of a God like a clockmaker, who set the world in motion with all its logic and reason and natural laws and order, and then left the world (the clock) to operate on its own.  (And in those days, a clock left on its own would eventually wind down and have to be reset!).  In their view, God was not active in our world or concerned with our lives.
