According to World Health Organisation (WHO) ,"Health is a dynamic state of complete physical , mental , spiritual and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." Though the defination laid by WHO is considered as progressive and comprehensive it has been criticized as being too board . Some argue that health cannot be defined as a state at all but must be seen as a process of continuous adjustment to the changing environment . It should be a dynamic concept .
