Okay, well a plow is used for farming. Basically the Sumerian plow is like a modern day tractor. If you have ever heard the term, "to plow the fields", you would know and immediately think of a tractor.

Technology is used to study the existing environmental conditions in order for farmers to be guided with the right crops to plant at specific seasons to ensure maximum yields. In terms of disasters, technology is used for disaster risk reduction and management. This is done in order to minimize the effects that disasters have on the resources.
