Answer:

Native American gambling comprises casinos, bingo halls, and other gambling operations on Indian reservations or other tribal land in the United States. Because these areas have tribal sovereignty, states have limited ability to forbid gambling there, as codified by the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act of 1988. As of 2011, there were 460 gambling operations run by 240 tribes, with a total annual revenue of $27 billion.

Description of the structure of the cell membrane.
Mariana [72]

Answer: The cell membrane represents several types of different molecules.

Explanation:

Its basic function is to separate the intracellular part from the extracellular parts. Biological membranes are globally built on the same principle and consist of lipids, proteins, glycolipids, and glycoproteins. Two layers of lipids form the structural matrix of the membrane. Membrane proteins are key to membrane function. The composition also includes sugars that do not come independently but are covalently bound to membrane proteins or lipids.

Which of the following describes the great migration of the 1900's
densk [106]

I have no clue of "which of the following" because i cannot see the answers but,

The Great Migration, or the relocation of more than 6 million African Americans from the rural South to the cities of the North, Midwest and West from 1916 to 1970, had a huge impact on urban life in the United States. Driven from their homes by unsatisfactory economic opportunities and harsh segregationist laws, many blacks headed north, where they took advantage of the need for industrial workers that first arose during the First World War. As Chicago, New York and other cities saw their black populations expand exponentially, migrants were forced to deal with poor working conditions and competition for living space, as well as widespread racism and prejudice. During the Great Migration, African Americans began to build a new place for themselves in public life, actively confronting economic, political and social challenges and creating a new black urban culture that would exert enormous influence in the decades to come.

How was the issue ultimately resolved? Louisiana Purchase
DedPeter [7]

Answer:

This will be my last answer for now, but I'm positive the Louisiana Purchase occured between France and the US during Jefferson's Presidency. It was a really good deal for the US, because it was a lot of land for little money. However, envoys under Jefferson negotiated the deal without his direct approval, meaning Jefferson was forced to push for ratification.
