How should this model be completed to represent 642/11 ??

Enter the answer in the box.
Rashid [163]

Model be completed to represent 642/11 is 29.1818181818

\frac{642}{11} = 58.3636363636

58.3636363636 = 583.636363636 to the nearest tenth

58.3636363636 = 58.36 to the nearest hundredth

58.3636363636 = 58.364 to the nearest thousandth

= 0 to the nearest tenth

= 0 to the nearest hundredth

= 0 to the nearest thousandth

Other Divisions Math homework are

642 divide by half plus 20

(\frac{642}{2}) + 20 = 341

642 divide by half plus 40

(\frac{642}{2}) + 40 = 361

\frac{642}{11} divided by 2

(\frac{642}{11}) ÷ 2 = 29.1818181818

Division is one among the four basic operations of arithmetic, the ways in which numbers are combined to make new numbers. the opposite operations are addition, subtraction, and multiplication.

At an elementary level the division of two natural numbers is, among other possible interpretations, the method of calculating the number of times one number is contained within another.7 This number of times needn't be an integer. for instance , if 20 apples are divided evenly between 4 people, everyone receives 5 apples (see picture).

The division with remainder or Euclidean division of two natural numbers provides an integer quotient, which is that the number of times the second number is completely contained in the first number, and a remainder, which is that the part of the first number that remains, when within the course of computing the quotient, no further full chunk of the dimensions of the second number can be allocated. for instance , if 21 apples are divided between 4 people, everyone receives 5 apples again, and 1 apple remains.

For division to always yield one number instead of a quotient plus a remainder, the natural numbers must be extended to rational numbers or real numbers.

Prove by contradiction that the interval (a,
b.has no minimum element.
Snowcat [4.5K]

Assume (a,b) has a minimum element m.

m is in the interval so a < m < b.

a < m

Adding a to both sides,

2a < a + m

Adding m to both sides of the first inequality,

a + m < 2m

So

2a < a+m < 2m

a < (a+m)/2 < m < b

Since the average (a+m)/2 is in the range (a,b) and less than m, that contradicts our assumption that m is the minimum. So we conclude there is no minimum since given any purported minimum we can always compute something smaller in the range.

PLEASE HELP WILL MARK BRAINLIEST!!!!!! Base the question off this info: An experienced cashier at a grocery store takes 2 second
Vesna [10]
You need to use basic algebra for this.
For this I’ll use o as the items and p for the payment. First you need to find out how long it took for all the items to scan, so if it took each item 2 seconds to be scanned you need to times the total number of items (o) by two e.g. o x 2 = 62 items times two seconds which is equivalent to 62 seconds (1.02 minutes) after this step you need to minus the total time it took to scan the items for the transaction time (2 minutes) e.g. 2.00 - 1.02 = 2.58 minutes.

Hope this helped :)
