Answer:

As a small midwestern farmer who lliving in the early 1900s, the biggest problem I face is a lack of quality seeds for crop production.

Explanation:

As a small midwestern farmer who lived in the early 1900s, the biggest problem I face is a lack of quality seeds for crop production. My proposal to solve this problem is to promote an association between other producers, to create a seed bank that has a high germination power and to distribute among all of us. This must be done with the collaboration of farmers who have been successful in producing efficient seeds, which donate seeds that can be reproduced. For this, we need someone with technical and legal knowledge who can organize the association correctly and benefit all participants, stipulating all the advantages that would be acquired with the association.

Why was it a controversial decision that Woodrow Wilson did not declare war after the sinking of the Lusitania?
Serhud [2]

Answer:

It was controversial because a lot of people who were on Lusitania were American citizens. Of course, many people believed that United States had to react on this by proclaiming war on Germany, a country that destroyed the boat. Still, Wilson and Congress believed that the time to wage war has not yet come.

Explanation:

When Germans sunk Lusitania, 128 American citizens died. It made American public furious. Still, president Wilson believed that America should stay out of conflict at least for the time to come. This was quite controversial as public believed that he closed his eyes to the killing of American civilians.

Which characteristic of the Vietnam War was central to changing public opinion about the war?
galben [10]

Answer:

Explanation:

Well if was a few things, first was the idea of why are we fighting to protect the democracy of a country have way across the world especially when many South Vietnamese government seemed on the edge of collapse and was oppressing the Buddhist majority, then fact that we had a draft here, however politicians refused to activate the reserve and the national guard so many young people who were forced to serve were upset, then many people believed the Vietnamese people had the right to self determination.

but the many TL DR reason was just how many Americans were being killed in the pointless war and how many Americans were captured, also in 1967 and 1968 when it seemed like we couldn't win the war, and when documents were released saying that LBJ didn't think we could win either that really hurt support for the war
